Brickset

Brickset is one of the Lego fansites that are extremely useful to builders. For example, it can list all the parts you own once you mark the sets you own.

There are also some fun facts. According to Brickset, I own 14 different sets, which contain 11804 pieces. Apparently, that is not much. With this brick count I am ranked 176486th! There’s certainly room for improvement, ha ha.

Organizing the bricks

I used to have a big plastic box for all the pieces. It was terrible! Finding a certain type of brick, or even finding out if there were any left of that type… that took ages. In 2016, I bought four storage boxes and organized all the bricks by type and color.

The pictures here are mostly useful for myself - I can quickly look for a piece and the box that contains it.
